The MIXPAC F400 System consists of a manual or pneumatic dispensing gun, a cartridge and a static mixer, all designed to work together as an integrated, high-performance system.

The F400 System features an improved, state-of-the-art design to the cartridge, static mixer and nose plug interface. This improved design allows for the mixing and dispensing of higher viscosity adhesives and allows for higher pressures in dispensing.

Mixpac® Cartridge systems are available in a variety of volumetric ratios. Please be sure to select the correct ratio for your two component system.

Cartridges are made of either polypropylene (PP), nylon (PA6), or polyester (PBT) for chemical compatibility reasons.  Most adhesives use PP whereas acrylic formulations often require the more expensive PA6 or PBT option.  We strongly suggest the user test the cartridge for their particular purpose.
